WHY CHOOSE A HOME GYM?
|
Multi-station home gyms are an excellent way for a beginner to start weight training: the concept is simple to understand and the machine is easy to use.
Once you become familiar with the machine, little or no supervision is required.
Machines are safer than free weights in that there is no risk of plates slipping off bars and no risk of being pinned by the weights.
You can move more quickly from one exercise to another, thus making these machines ideal for circuit training.
You can change weights rapidly (as with all weight stack machines) by simply changing the pin placement.
