This machine heralds the new streamlined design style of Northern Lights products. Its design offers a high-tech appearance in a compact format. The Northern Lights design team has made use of our steel-cutting lasers to soften the K2's appearance. A 200-pound solid steel weight stack is standard equipment and each plate is silenced with custom dampening pads. A small footprint allows users to fit the K2 into the smallest exercise areas. Ergo-Tech pads compliment the design while significantly enhancing comfort.

The frame work of the Avalanche is a massive 2X4" superstructure that provides solid exercise movements with the innovative 200lb solid steel weight stack. The sleek laser-cut top beam adds a stylish appearance to the overall design. Comfort and durability is top notch with our proprietary Ergo-Tech Pad that offer the best support in the business. Also for 2002 is the newly design weight stack featuring an innovative fork like pin for safety and smooth operation. The Avalanche features the traditional lying bench press to allow the use of dumbbells for greater exercise variety.
